Delivery of Goods
All goods are subject to availability and providing an item is in stock. Orders placed before 11am will be dispatched the same day wherever possible. All orders received after 11am will be dispatched on the next working day.
Shipping times are dependent on the option chosen at checkout.
All postage and package charges are displayed clearly on the online check out and on your invoice.
Common shipping times within the UK are as follows -
DPD - 1-2 working days
Royal Mail 24 - 1-2 working days
Royal Mail 48 - 2-3 working days
International Shipping
We are based in the United Kingdom and ship to Europe and the rest of the world.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees charged by your country’s customs authority.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
We strongly recommend that customers obtain a customs/duties estimate from their local customs office before placing an order, to avoid unexpected costs.
Refusal to Pay Duties or Taxes
If you choose not to pay the customs charges when your order arrives in your country, the item will be returned to us by the courier.
Once the item is safely received back with us, we will process a refund minus:

The original postage cost, and

Any return shipping charges we incur.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs processing. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is delayed or held by customs, please contact your local customs office or postal carrier for updates. We are happy to support where possible, but we cannot influence customs decisions or timelines.
Out of Stock Items
We do our best to keep our website stock levels accurate and up to date. However, on rare occasions an item may become unavailable after your order has been placed.
If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. You will receive an estimated delivery timeframe, along with the option to:

Wait for the item to come back into stock,

Choose an alternative product, or

Receive a full refund.
We aim to resolve any stock issues quickly and keep you fully updated throughout.
Pre-Order Items
All pre-order items will display an estimated dispatch time on the product and checkout page. We always do our best to meet these timescales, however, there may on occasion be delays due to circumstances outside of our control.
